Listing and Buyer Assistant: Joshua Calder, plays a key role in ensuring every transaction runs seamlessly from start to finish. He handles the behind-the-scenes details—from setting up and hosting open houses to coordinating showings, inspections, appraisals, and repairs. Joshua stays on top of every deadline, manages paperwork, maintains communication with all parties involved, and ensures both buyers and sellers are fully prepared for closing and the final walkthrough.
Transaction Coordinator: Jacquie Sullivan, expertly manages every step of the process from contract to close. She handles all documentation, tracks critical deadlines, schedules inspections and appraisals, and coordinates communication between agents, lenders, title companies, and all parties involved. Her attention to detail ensures a smooth and eficient transaction from beginning to end.
Client Care Coordinator: Pamela Murphy, ensures every client feels informed, supported, and prioritized throughout the selling process.
